Wedding contact sheets: help couples choose their photos
After a wedding shoot, couples need a clear way to choose portraits and album images. A contact sheet shows the series with numbers and filenames. It gives you a shared reference before final edits, without sending every image as a separate attachment.
Organise the first edit around the wedding day
Remove technical duplicates and photos you do not intend to deliver. Group preparations, ceremony, portraits, family groups and reception. Drag photos into order in the editor, enable filenames and numbers, and choose a grid that keeps faces readable. A multipage PDF accommodates the full series without shrinking all the thumbnails onto one page.
A sheet to review, a link to confirm choices
Use the PDF for an overview or a discussion in person. To collect replies remotely, create an album and a client selection session in PhotoPartage. Set a selection limit and let the couple pick images and add notes. You receive an email when they submit the selection. Local contact sheet files are not uploaded automatically: prepare the album and its sharing link separately in your account.
Choose a price for your wedding season
PDF and JPEG exports with the PhotoPartage mention are free without an account. An unbranded Pro export costs €4.99. A pack of 10 costs €39.90, or €3.99 per export, saving €10 compared with ten single credits. Each export includes all pages. A Pro PDF and a separate Pro JPEG export use two credits. Credits do not include online client selection. For regular use, Lite at €4.99/month includes client selection and unlimited Pro exports during the subscription.
Turn confirmed choices into prints
Use the selected filenames to find the originals and apply the agreed edits. Keep stable references from the first review to final delivery: renaming a series after approval makes matching harder. Check crop and resolution for each print, then prepare the order at Wallprint. Paper printing is separate from digital export credits; add the final files on the printing site.
